ATTENTION, SOCIALLY ANXIOUS WOMEN!

Want a proven, introvert-friendly way to feel calm and in control before socializing - without the dread, overthinking, or last-minute panic?

With a mini training, hypnotherapy audio, and cheat sheets, you’ll have simple, effective tools to quiet anxious thoughts, calm your nerves, and stop second-guessing yourself—so you can walk into social situations feeling steady, present, and even excited for what’s ahead.

The missing piece to feeling calm & confident in social situations

We live in a world of constant stimulation—notifications, social media, and endless to-do lists. Even when we think we’re resting, our minds stay overstimulated, keeping our bodies tense without us realizing it.

For introverts, who are already sensitive to extra stimuli, social interactions can feel even more overwhelming.

While not every introvert experiences this, many of you struggle with:

  • The crushing sense of dread—heart pounding, sweating, or feeling sick to your stomach as the event gets closer. No matter how much you tell yourself to calm down, the fear won’t go away.

  • Feeling trapped between showing up or canceling—you sit there uncomfortably, trying to psych yourself up, but the thought of walking in makes you panic. You keep talking yourself out of it, checking the time, counting down the minutes, just wishing it was over.

  • Overthinking every tiny detail before you even get there—what to say or whether people will notice your awkwardness. You imagine every interaction going wrong, convinced that whatever you say will come out weird or meaningless.

And when socializing feels tense and exhausting, it’s no surprise that many introverts prefer to avoid it altogether.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

What if you could reset your body and mind, so social interactions felt easier, lighter, and more enjoyable—on your own terms?

The key is learning how to relax before social situations, so you can feel at ease, prevent anxiety from building up, and preserve your energy instead of draining it—similar to the sensation of being “half-drunk” without alcohol.

That’s exactly what Social Reset Kit helps you do.

This introvert-friendly toolkit will guide you, step-by-step, from feeling overwhelmed and tense to calm, present, and confident before social events—so you can connect with others in a way that feels natural and effortless.

And the best part? It only takes 10 minutes a day.

Say goodbye to...

Overwhelming feelings

The dread kicks in hours or even days before the event. A sense of panic takes over as your heart races, your body sweats, and your stomach twists in knots. You feel trapped in fear, convinced something will go wrong.

Avoidance & discomfort

You find yourself canceling plans, backing out at the last minute, or mentally checking out when you do show up. Sitting stiffly, wishing time would speed up, or convincing yourself to leave early just to escape the discomfort.

Spiraling thoughts

Worrying that people will notice your flaws or that you’ll come across as awkward. You rehearse conversations in your head but doubt they’re worth saying aloud. The fear of being a burden keeps you stuck in hesitation.

With just 10 minutes a day, you can...

Stay calm and centered before socializing

No more racing heart, uncontrolled sweating, or that awful feeling of dread that won’t go away. Instead, you’ll breathe deeply, feel steady on your feet, and walk into social situations with a relaxed posture and a clear mind—grounded and fully in control.

Quiet the mental noise & overthinking

No more rehearsing every possible conversation or convincing yourself that you’ll mess up. Your mind will feel quieter, your thoughts will flow naturally, and you’ll trust yourself to respond in the moment—without second-guessing every word before it even leaves your mouth.

Break the cycle of avoidance & self-sabotage

Instead of pacing, stalling, or talking yourself out of going, you’ll take action effortlessly—getting ready with ease, stepping out the door without hesitation, and arriving at social events feeling prepared and composed, rather than trapped in fear.

Feel excited instead of dreading it

No more counting down the days in fear or wishing you could cancel last minute. Instead of that sinking feeling in your stomach, you’ll feel a growing sense of anticipation, knowing you can handle what’s ahead. Social events won’t feel like something to endure—you’ll be able to look forward to them like anyone else.

Would you give yourself that opportunity?

Who am I, and what inspired me to create this?

Hi, I’m Tran Ratcliffe, a certified Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist and Social Anxiety Coach for Introverted Women.

As an ambivert, I have both introvert and extrovert traits, which helps me understand different perspectives. While extroverts thrive in social settings, introverts tend to recharge best in calm, quiet environments. However, introverts are often misunderstood and expected to fit into a more outgoing world, which can lead to social anxiety, self-doubt, and exhaustion.

Through my work, I’ve seen how traditional advice on overcoming social anxiety often doesn’t work for introverts—things like:

  • "Just put yourself out there more."

  • "You need to talk more and be more outgoing."

  • "The more you socialize, the less anxious you’ll feel."

These pieces of advice aren’t helpful; they ignore how introverts process energy and communication. Instead of building confidence, they make you feel unheard, misunderstood, and even more withdrawn.

That’s why I focus on a different approach—one that works with your introverted nature, not against it.

Overcoming social anxiety isn’t about forcing yourself to be more social—it’s about creating a sense of ease and confidence that feels natural to YOU.

For socially anxious introverts, the key is understanding how to regulate your nervous system and manage energy effectively—so that socializing feels comfortable, not forced.

And that process starts with habit training.

Habit defines your lifestyle - what you do every day either reinforces stress and anxiety or builds relaxation and confidence.

That’s why I created Social Reset Kit—to provide a simple, introvert-friendly approach to help you feel more at ease and confident before socializing, without changing who you are.

It gives you the proven, evidence-based tools such as hypnotherapy & breathwork to start this transformation—so you can make feeling relaxed and comfortable around others your new normal.

You don’t need to be around everyone to get better—you just need the right method and support to start regaining your confidence.

So, are you ready to experience the shift?
